Delete Your PassportPhotoBox Data

The current public editor keeps working sessions in your browser rather than a PassportPhotoBox account. Use a tool's clear or reset control when it is available, then remove PassportPhotoBox site data from your browser settings if you want to delete the locally stored editor session. The exact browser steps differ between Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

A selected photo can also exist in browser session storage while you move between tools. Closing the relevant browser session can remove session storage, but you should use the browser's site-data controls when you need a more complete local cleanup.

A downloaded JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF is saved outside the browser session, usually in your device's Downloads folder or another folder you selected. Removing local browser storage does not delete that export. Delete the downloaded file and any copy you sent to a printer, cloud folder, email or application portal separately because each destination controls its own copy.

A remote creative feature, or the backup route used for background removal, can send an image copy away from your device for that specific action. The processor's handling can follow a separate service record, so deleting browser data cannot erase a copy that has already been sent to a remote processor. Review the Privacy Policy and subprocessor register before using a remote feature.

If you send a support message, use the privacy and data deletion topic and include only the email address or reference needed to locate the record. Do not attach a passport, identity document or original portrait to the message.

If PassportPhotoBox adds an account, payment option or a project that is stored remotely, this page will be updated before the feature is available. It will need to state the deletion method, the retention period, any legal exceptions and the contact route for a request. This page does not imply that those remote records already exist.
